Has anyone purchased any property on Hubzu.com? I'm thinking about buying a house listed on the site but I'm a little Leary. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

I personally haven't but one of my mentors does a lot. He said there are a lot of deals on there but warns that sometimes the auctions have automated bids that bid higher than you if there isn't much action on the property, so the bank can squeeze as much money as possible out of the property, so you really have to take the emotional side of "winning" out of your bid and to really know your maximum best offer!
