I've been doing construction and rehab on houses long enough that I have seen the bifold closet doors go from solid wood frame and stiles and hollow core luan-type plywood panels to cardboard frames and stiles and paper overlays.

We are working on another form of communication with higher commissions.The FutureAll indications are showing that it will get worse before it will get better - sales inventory is still high, rental inventory is very high, more and more new construction apartment buildings are nearing and/or have been completed (at least 10 in Cape Coral that have hundreds of units are still being built), displaced homeowners are returning to their homes, and a host of other concerns.We have gone through years of rapid rent growth and a lack of inventory.

I’m running a business but want to be reasonable should it actually be a legitimate major storm that closes roads and businesses.

Mostly what this means to me is you can’t fly by the seat of your pants and need to do things by the book and be very business like about it.

It is not design/construction drawing accurate.  

If you decide to move into that unit once you close though, that's your business.

Hi -I've recently inherited (or what amounts to inherited) a small fix/flip & wholesaling business that consists of a website where users enter property, situation and contact details which populates jotform and through zapier feeds a CRM. 

If it is grandfathered to a church or other business use, that could be good negotiating leverage with the town. 

We are trying to put together a business plan that works for the both of us.
