It simplifies the learning curve as you build up a contractor team, figure out a rental software, get a grasp on tracking expenses, etc.The MFH market in Kalamazoo is really tough. 

I am often in need of information on properties that maybe my software will not give, people who are familiar with REO sales, folks who can confirm my prelim comps, etc, and if I'm wholetaling, people who can move the property quickly. 

Hi @Blaine Alger there are definitely some PM software options out there that are much simpler to use than others.

. - I have recently been looking into some software to help me manage my (1) Airbnb. 

In my opinion their biggest, absolute blunder was allowing for the new shiny and best resort/casinos to develop on the marina and not keep everything on the boardwalk. 

I am having trouble finding software that I can load 100+ addresses and it will not only map them but also routes the addresses efficiently for driving and knocking on doors.

I am setting it up through software so that will help.

I'm currently working as a Software Engineer in California, where most deals definitely aren't within my price range starting out.
