Im currently living rent free with a buddy of mine for about 2-3 months before I have to get a place of my own.

My buddy, for example, knew in April that he would PCS to the National Capital Region last summer from Fort Carson, CO. 

I actually happen to find his business card one day in a buddy’s house who had work done also.I have 2 properties in Howard Beach, Queens and 1 in the Bronx as well as Westchester County.
