Hello, and good evening fellow real estate investors. My name is Jeremy Sarnowski and I'm a brand new investor who heard about Bigger Pockets by doing some of my own research and Google searching: how to invest in real estate. One of the top results was a thread titled "How to start investing in real estate at a young age," and that's what really drew my attention, as I am a 24 year old trying to begin investing in not only real estate, but my and my families future. As previously stated, my name is Jeremy Sarnowski and I'm a 24 year old newbie to investing as a whole. I'm originally from Wisconsin, but I am a Soldier stationed in Alaska and on orders to Washington by the end of the year where I plan on beginning my real estate investing business by investing in a duplex and living in one half and renting the other out (hopefully that's a good strategy to begin with). Any and all advice is more than welcome and even more-so appreciated!
