Hello from San Francisco

Hello all - just joined BP earlier this week. Great to "meet" everyone. 

I'm a new real estate investor living in San Francisco. I've owned two condos in the (distant) past and rented both after moving out of them but sold both nearly 10 years ago. Just getting back in to buy and hold this year. Under contract now for my first SFR in Austin and hoping to pick up 1-2 more out of state properties this year.

My day job is in the hospitality industry and looking to get to a point where I drive enough passive income to focus my efforts full time on real estate. I'm big in to fitness in my downtime so if you find yourself in SF and need a Crossfit buddy, drop me a line.

I did cross fit for years before moving on to mud races like Spartan, Tough Mudder etc. Feel free to reach out if you need any help or are in East Bay.
