real estate in the US is highly regional.. so no one can make predictions for all markets.. 

I know it’s a huge state but I would like get a good sense in different regions, big cities and tourist destinations.

National and super regional banks typically only want to deal with owner-occupied mortgages, which requires personal ownership.You could change title after you take out the mortgage, and there is a good chance you will never get caught.
