Baja Sur / Mexico investing

Hi! I'm a long-time BP lurker, first-time poster. I'm interested in picking up a vacation rental or two in Mexico, most likely in Todos Santos or Los Cabos in the next year. I'd love to chat with anyone who's familiar with the Baja Sur market, either as an investor or resident.
I'm hoping to get a better understanding of the various neighborhoods, health of the rental market, local laws for US investors, and a few other things that might come up. If you're knowledgeable here, I'd like to connect!

@Scott Strand

I'm familiar with the Los Cabos market but haven't invested there (yet). That's just because I've given the priority to Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Maya (Playa del Carmen, Tulum and surrounding cities) because these markets have been more profitable.

I've replied to plenty of posts on investing in Mexico so you'll probably find a lot of useful information and the answers to many questions you might have. If you don't find everything you need, you're welcome to hit me up.
