I received an response to one of my free online ads today that just said "sent to attorney general".The ad stated: "We Buy Houses, Any Condition, Any Situation" "Call for your personal evaluation" "Never any commissions or fees" followed by my name and my partner's name and phone numbers.The responded via the contact email link within the ad site.

I then set them up on auto-responders and they get emails from me and then I hold monthly training calls to go over any questions and to teach them a little.

Homeowners seem to be really apprehensive about responding to such inquiries because of negative news regarding short sales/investors/modifications, etc.

Hi sharoni actually just responded to you in a another post before i looked at this one. lolin my area i can gather about 200 files a month to mail to for probate. on average how many probate letters are you mailing monthly and what kind of response rate are you getting from your letters?

What I like about what I call big box Brokerages for starting agents and most of you guys / gals responding are veterans.
