gas station?

To find an accurate measure you really need to spend some time in the area, see who is walking down the street, see what they ask you when they approach you, fill up your car at the gas station down the street, buy a six pack of beer at the closest liquor store, ask the mailman what his experience on this street is compared to other streets he’s worked etc.

I can't remember the last time someone who had a lower station than me in life made me feel small with their opinion of me....Remember that next time you and your buddies are teasing on the Beemer guy.

Property 2 is in a very solid, retail part of the city, and number 1 is in a more residential area, but two blocks from police, gas station, laundry, newer restaurants, etc.

-Post flyers/ads in the local bulletin boards around the neighborhood convenience store, grocery store, gas station, laundry mat...etc.  

This can all be done by hand or with an "orbital sander", only.

A new trolley station will soon be built within walking distance to my rental.
