Can I keep honey oak cabinets in rental?

Hi - We moved into a new house and are renting out my 1600 sq ft condo in Annapolis. It has to decent sized MBRs. I put in all new appliances, painted it completely, and added faux wood blinds. I also did faux granite and ceramatile in the kitchen. Now the question. It has the honey oak cabinets. They are in excellent shape but they are 90's look honey oak. Do I need to stain them? I would love not to but I am planning to rent it for about $1,900 and am wondering if they would prevent it. Thanks, Erin

@Erin Malone

Which one would you want to live in?  This took about 4 hours total (2 coats) and cost about $45 (plus the appliances and door hardware)- I did it myself so the only cost was the material.
