Each unit is freshly painted, new windows, original hardwood floors, carpeting in bedrooms, and additional storage space.

So rent out the main house with utilities, rent out a trailer, add some storage containers and rent them out at $200 a pop.

For example, if I can find houses with a lake view (vacation rental), neighborhood house (longterm rental), large lot (rv spots or storage) all depends on the best way to use the property.

Can't quite wrap my head around this but heard of self storage facilities (smaller ones under 50k leaseable) being operated without an on site manager. 

I evicted non-paying tenants in March right before COVID.I moved their belongings (obvious crap, like 20 yo sofa or non-flat screen TVs) to the local storage (spent over $1200 to do that and notified former tenants properly) and started to rehab the house (spent $15k up to date!).

She lived in one apt till a few years ago and it along with a second apartment That she used for storage in building have been empty for quite some time.  

I've got a small warehouse I've been unable to rent as a whole, so I want to rent for separate car/boat storage. 

I'd like to pick some brains about investing in different types of storage facilities.

I have a small, 6,400 sqft storage facility that the current owner is using for his personal goods.

@Brian Ellwood For me right now it's trying to build a network with access to private capital on one end, and on the other investing in larger, professionally managed assets (hotels, MHP's, storage, apartments) to build out a portfolio.
