Absolutely, I am currently work a Sales Representative in Biotechnology, and I firmly believe in the phrase "You Scratch my back, I will Scratch yours" and anyone who understands business should know that.

Obviously, my key decision inputs are the ARV and rehab costs, which I'm hoping will firm up as we develop the plans.

Didn't read past that.I find the site informative and accurate, but before acting specifically to internet information posted, even by a law firm, that you get current and specific counsel.

These are likely homes that a real estate brokerage firm likes to call a "Hot Home."  

Your best bet is to go ahead and find 2 or 3 other legitimate design build firms that work on historic housing and get their opinions. 

I'm currently interning with a real estate development firm in Lakewood.I'm interested in development but I also want to have a strong investment portfolio one day - one that let me 'retire' before I'm old and worn out! 

I told her they need to communicate with us--I was fairly nice but firm and served her a 3-day notice to pay or quit.
