Hi Diego,The easiest way I could think of to do it right now is go to Zillow.com, enter your search and then around the top middle there's a button called 'Listing Type.'

@Chad Castanino Welcome.You should save everything you can (Cash is King).Concentrate on all the information that's on your radar for your niche (i.e. if you're going to do Flips, focus on flips and the paperwork for them, you can do Auctions, Multi families, etc later).And don't forget "all that glitters is not gold" (only about half the information here is accurate;-(
