I would love to start a group for anyone who wants to learn and grow in similar aspects of real estate, especially creative financing. 

Credit in some aspects is like your reputation hard and time consuming to build and easy to lose.MH

I’ve completed many BRRRR projects and calculating the ARV and rehab costs are critical to your success, but don’t forget holding costs, utilities , insurance etc.

Acting as a set of sole proprietorships make its easy on what I call the accounting/tax aspects. 

 The curb appeal is the most important aspect of your home.

I think If my family or friends were critical of the real estate investing that my wife and I were doing, we would just stop talking to them about it.End of the day, unless you are asking them for money, its really none of their business.

:PAs I look forward to what the next chapter looks like after baby #3 is born, I am looking for ways to take all that I've learned, but eliminate the "always on-call" aspect of managing STRs, so that when I'm not in a dedicated work session, I can focus on my family.I have some ideas, but would love to hear any other suggestions from you all as hosts or potential future hosts.
