I know of no other organization that provides such a detailed and broad level of support as Lifestyles, and have compared notes with many people that have joined other programs.To clarify one comment, Lifestyles has a yearly conference in Houston coming up in March.

I am an intermediate investors and have done a wide spectrum of residential investing but I have never moved a home.  

With the basics out of the way I will lay out broad goals from my perspective and the investors perspective and the outline of the deal. 

I realize that these are broad questions, but I'd like suggestions that are more specific than, "There are tons of ways to creatively finance the transaction!"

Since they can't do each property individually, they use comparable sales to make broad generalizations to determine percent changes.

I understand this is a very broad subject, so if you prefer to point out useful resources, instead of commenting yourself, that would be helpful, too.
