Hi All,Well about a year ago I posted on this forum about purchasing a vacation home in the Outerbanks, North Carolina to rent out in the summer months. 

Great deals are hard to come by in North Seattle and the nearby cities over the past year or so.

However, I still visit the property twice a year because I visit my family in North Fort Myers, twice a year.

Wanted to share this with folks who may be buying property in the New River Valley area of Virginia.We've been doing a lot of closings the last year and a half at a local (Blacksburg) settlement company, True North Title.

Hey everyone,I'm Khaled from the good ole North Carolina.

Trulia crime map says south National City is "safer" than North Park but I just remember folks saying to stay away from National City.

LV is heating up as the money from Pilsen moves west, and I feel like the inventory hasn't been as high as I keep hoping it will be, especially north of 23rd.

I am looking to buy one or two rental properties in Chicagoland and I have started looking at north and northwest suburbs but there are not a lot of good deals.

I'm looking for anyone who is willing to share ideas in the Memphis, Arkansas, Milwaukee and Chicago North/ South suburb areas.
