Settlement Company in New River Valley

Wanted to share this with folks who may be buying property in the New River Valley area of Virginia.

We've been doing a lot of closings the last year and a half at a local (Blacksburg) settlement company, True North Title. They also have an office in the Hampton Roads area, but I have no experience with them. They have done a fantastic job, going above and beyond in every closing. Clients have loved them, my agents have loved them, and their closings are significantly cheaper than most of the other companies in the area, or at least the attorneys. Highly recommend them. You can find them online, www dot truenorthtitle dot com.
