Be specific - not just SFH or Multi, get more granular - sq ft, bed bath, zip codes, etc. 

This doesn’t even meet code for the vast majority of Canada.

Half way through the construction an inspector came by and gave us a stop work order because we were not doing it to commercial code and didn’t pull a commercial permit.

@Jonathan Stone I got you brother, whenever I went into the city code and ordinances page to look it up I need to have certain things built and in place along with an application to gain an operating license.

I wonder if there is a way to set up alerts of sold properties within a zip code? 

I don't have one specific contact at Cross because I have more than one entity that has policies with them, and they seem to assign the account rep based on the name of the owner/entity.It's important to get quotes from multiple agencies as they have access to different carriers and may quote you higher or lower depending on what other risk their currently carrying in that area/zip code.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.
