Zone codes for residential/multifamiy in Phoenix?
Hello all, I am just getting started investing. Diving in head first. My location is Phoenix, niche is small multifamily, strategy is househacking/BRRRR.
My first action step is to determine which zone codes would be best for this. I am hoping to narrow it down to zones for both multifamily and single family. Not even sure that exists, but I figure it probably does. From there I will find which of those zones are within my starting criteria ($400k - 700k, in a relatively safe area) then set up auto email with a few agents for those neighborhoods.
I will be moving back to Phoenix in Sept. (Have to finish an internship to graduate with a degree I'll never use). And I am hoping to find a deal by then, preferably just before we move down so we can get contractors out to do whatever work I don't feel comfortable doing before we get there, but frankly, I'm willing to do whatever is necessary to get things going.
Thanks in advance for your responses! Anyone in Phoenix, I would love to meet up and am very willing to dive into any problems you or others in the area have and start solving them.
