I don't have any personal experience doing it, but it is normal to me and most builders I know and follow have the majority of their projects sold before they're finished by doing it.

I know that it has been a while but I'm back on BP.com and thought I would follow up.

Follow up question, you don't mind Joseph.

He owes around 150k for it and his monthly payment is almost 1700-most of which is strictly interest.

You can even retarget them with a follow up add, based on the amount of seconds they actually watch.
