I am looking for a student rental property in Athens, GA. A friend is about to go there for law school and we want to take advantage of him being there to find and stand it up. I'm looking for a property manager in town, does anyone have any recommendations?

I would recommend talking to Lexi at Iron Horse properties. It’s a little bit smaller of an operation in comparison to some of the others in town but Lexi takes good care of her properties and is very responsive. You get more of a personal touch.
