I have been evaluating properties on sites like Zillow but I'm not sure how accurate my estimates are on things like property tax or more importantly rent.Let me know if anyone has comments, concerns, or just general tips for getting started.

Any tips on good things to look for, questions to ask, pitfalls to avoid? 

Are there sites where owners of notes can post to find buyers for their notes?

I've noticed some rentals pop up on zillow that were way way way higher than what I was seeing in cross reference, I'd suspect someone was trying to manipulate the local data, I only noticed it by luck and spend countless hours on various sites.

It is now under contract for purchase and we are awaiting official closing date. 

So that being said, my question is this.There is a city south of me called Pueblo, CO, according to the same site rent looks like this: 1 bedroom: $6502 bedrooms: $7653 bedrooms: $963Would it be worth it to start off living there and invest in Pueblo with the eventual goal of selling my Pueblo properties and buying a few in Colorado Springs?

Any updates or tips ? 

Just because the site is 4155 sqft doesn't mean that is your building envelope.
