Las Vegas or Studio City Crash Pad

So my first fix and flip is under contract, been inspected, appraised and is now in the final stages for closing. I have to work 2.9 full time jobs here in LA just to cover expenses like rent. I am also stating my education for my real estate license next week. In the mean time I need cash flow to focus on my real estate business ventures. I really enjoy hosting guests through Airbnb. I am looking for properties in Las Vegas to use as a crash pads for flight crew and Airbnb. Being that it's a tourist city, Brand Ambassadors frequent the city and theirs always flight crew passing through, I know it will be very busy. I've started researching various areas and the Airbnb rules. Anyone have some great deals in Las Vegas coming up? I plan on buying in the next 30-60 days.
