Hey BP community!

I'm a newbie in Queens, New York. Long term I'm going to own large multifamily properties as well as dive into fix and flips. Right now, I am solely looking into wholesale to build capital. I have been reading books, studying online, going to seminars in my area, and I am just starting to listen to all the podcast on the site.

Although I live in NY, the market is extremely difficult to get into as a newbie investor, as most would know. I decided that Jersey (still researching to find the best areas) offers a better opportunity for me to start my career. Is there anyone out that that is still pretty new but has maybe 1 or 2 deals under his/ her belt that has some experience working with contractors/ agents/lenders, etc. (or IS one of those people)....that would be interested in possibly forming some type of partnership to look for deals and find lenders, so we can show them some form of track record.

I have a pretty strong network and strong networking abilities in-person.
