Can I trust rental Zestimates?

I'm ready to pull the trigger on a 3/2 in Atlanta, but the rental zestimate is $1095... I need at least $1500/mo to make it worth my while. Any thoughts?

@Robert Scaife, if the only thing you have to go on is the Zillow estimate, personally, I would walk.  The estimate vs. what you need is just too great to make such a large investment on and hope for the best.
