Their jobs include finding properties (he’s a realtor), walking properties prior to purchase (only those we can’t estimate rehab from pics), inspecting GC’s work and progress. - unless the property is a complete gut job we pay for a home inspection during our due diligence- we only hire GC’s.  

And that cost gets progressively more expensive each year as the insured ages.Understand that in both types of policies, the net amount at risk is going down at the same time that the cost of insurance is going up. 

Galvanized supply lines can still be holding water but be very fragile if the corrosion has progressed far enough. 

Did they progress through the lending/collection ranks to hone their crafts, or are they glorified stock brokers that have simply bought and sold paper without really knowing the nuts and bolts of the collection/foreclosure process.

This is very unhealthy so the government is now investing elsewhere now and Punta Cana is pretty much done anyway, as the path of progress pretty much has run its course there.That's not my main problem with Punta Cana though.

What key performance indicators (KPIs) do you track to measure their progress?

Geico/Progressive do not offer them - they offer homeowner's insurance, condo insurance, renter's insurance and etc, but none of them covers the building structure & the common areas.

Hi Sarah, congrats on the momentum and progress to date!

He has promised countless times over several months (5 months to be exact) to come back to us with "a proposal by the end of this week" via email on 11/28/23 and "we will get this wrapped up this week" via email on 12/11/23 - and we are already in the first week of February 2024 without a proposal and without any progress in coming to a resolution.
