Anyone in the New Orleans area know of a great local bank or credit union that knows how to gives out real estate investment loans?

Any size garage, a large shed or lean-to is money. 

I am both an investor and managing partner of a local real estate brokerage in New Orleans.

I am currently Active Duty stationed in New Orleans and will hopefully be PCSing to Maryland soon.
