Newbie from New Orleans to Maryland

Posted

I have been doing REI research for 2 years now and I am ready to purchase. I am currently Active Duty stationed in New Orleans and will hopefully be PCSing to Maryland soon. I wanted to know if anyone had tips on the legal and financial side of things after the first year. I have heard of needing and not needing an LLC, etc. I guess my question is...do anyone have any recommendations on what/who someone should do/talk to after their first year of house hacking?
