I currently am ramping my business up a notch with adding wholesaling and my current attorney (who I thought was very investor friendly)is really giving me a hard time with assignment contracts, ect...Any suggestions of attorneys within MA or specifically, Central MA, Worcester area?

I have notched the base so that it sits at an angle over the joists, like a bids mouth type notch and nail to the joists.

Tone it down a notch.
