Hello!

My name is Robert Jenkins i'm a commercial agent with Marcus and Millichap, that nations largest most successful commercial investment firm. This is both a blessing and blunder. The coaching, mentoring, and teaching here is top notch and known to be the best in the business. At the same sense though, it's like a well oiled machine. We go through the ins and outs of real estate and it's all business all the time.

I am a young man who's been on his own since 16 and had to fight for the spot i'm in today at only 22, so i'm no stranger to hardwork. This attitude has always kept me hungry for the knowledge i can use to better my life and those that have helped me get to where I am. So after having been in commercial real estate since '08, and seeing deal after deal go past my desk, sold to some guy who already makes $1,000,000+ a year, I can't sit idlely by anymore.

My goal at 22 is to own my first building BEFORE I turn 24. I've analyzed deal after deal running cash flow analysis and long term equity appreciation, then i sit there and say I WANT THAT. I want the extra 20, 50, 100k a year brought in from investments. I want to own multiple buildings that make me money while i get to sit back on a saturday afternoon watching the Dodgers loose.

I guess when you think about it, who doesn't want that, right? Anyways that's a little bit about me and i hope i can meet some great people with stories like mine that have actually achieved the goal. I know i'll learn a lot and get some great insight into the investors world.

All the best,
Robert J.
