Cops won't do anything.Maybe put invisible mouse traps on the toilet seat so when they sit down it the mouse trap now turns into a balls trap...or or or put a bunch of clear marbles on the floor and walkway so they fall all over the place walking in...Or leave the door ajar slightly and put a 5 gallon bucket of red oil based paint sitting on the top of the cracked door ledge so when they open it they get painted and you can follow there tracks to catch them..just kidding obviously but if it's a good deal and you don't own it it's not really your problem...

That's why I just tag along when grocery shopping vs. actually buying the groceries.Some people are very good at knowing when the price of a gallon of gas is cheap.Figuring out when a property is underpriced or close to being underpriced for the timeline you expect to be in it is the key to making money in real estate.

In the front plant some evergreen shrubs (I buy them at the end of the season for $9.99 for the five gallon) and plant an invasive groud cover around it (packasandra or something like that).It would help to know where these properties are because you could use Xeriscaping or artificial turf if you are in Vegas or AZ.

Sure, we can spend all weekend checking out garage sales, thrift stores, and consignment shops (the latter never cheap in my experience), but you still may not find the item you're looking for and all you have to show for the effort is several wasted hours and gallons of gas.

Won't help your current problem, only a licensed electrician can do that, but for moving forward, it's handy...We use the generator to power a trailer mounted pressure washer that has a 250 gallon water tank for exteriors, driveways, etc. and a lot of the smaller "fix it" stuff.
