Don't let the old guys tell you that you should wait for age, "life experience", legally binding Joint Venture contracts, etc... 

The thing I did say about that is that it can take longer for agencies to pay so you have to be ready for that. 

Interesting, so it sounds like the pain points for agents in NYC are really the scheduling/coordination and also the board package which seems to be a pain to put together. 

Certainly look forward to meets as I would like to reach out to others in the area and get recommendations for agents, lenders, and good contractors to work with.

I would like to offer an incentive for agents to bring their investors to buy my deals by offering a commission. 

Or 0 for agency debt 

And talking to mortgage brokers I am hearing comparable for agency loans. 

I have signed up for Agent Pro 247 and have started looking for listings to build a seller's list.

The reality is there’s a place for agents and industry standard business practices as well as real estate investors wholesaling and fixing and flipping and most importantly Fixing the properties that are improving the neighborhood substantially.
