Maybe we can get an additional group together that complements the RPOA group. 

But at the same time, you do need to educate yourself and learn how to use all the tools available to you in your REI toolbox (be that insurance, or management, or financing, etc.) and how they work together (or not) and complement each other.

While I appreaciate the complement, I'll have to be honest that I was the one who would take that 30k and get one more door until I was down to my last 10k in the bank.  

ABC of Property Management is a must read and complements Mike Butler's book very well.

Whole life insurance is not meant to be in place of your index funds (if you like that sort of thing) or your real estate - it's a complement. 

Both complement each other and partnerships depend on passive investors as well as managing partners do on passive investors.

I also feel my 401k money will be a nice complement to the money I will have invested in real estate from a diversification perspective.

I complemented one I admire once but I think he thought I was being sarcastic.

A hot tub could be a great addition to the property to complement the beach.
