Do you invest in IRA and/or 401k any more?

Hi BP members Hope all is well. I am curious to gather collective thoughts and opinions on IRA and 401k investing. Some people believe they should continue due to company matching as well as invest in IRA for tax savings upon retirement. What are your thoughts? Do you still invest in IRAs or 401ks having found real estate? Look forward to your feedback.

I think the best opportunity is to setup your own company and establish a solo 401K.  You have much higher contributions limits and unlike IRAs, with the solo 401K you are not hit by the UBIT tax on the income coming from leveraged part of the deal.
