I’m from Buffalo, NY and have been looking into buying a double as a primary residence and my first investment.

Buffalo was a down market and a dump for years until some out of state people started looking at Buffalo.Local investors get upset that they are driving prices up... which is ridiculous because if they own investments they are driving equity and demand for all of us.Out of state investors are turning cities likeCleveland, Buffalo, and Columbus around..
