New member from Buffalo

Hello!

I'm Josh McDougall from Buffalo, NY. Well technically I'm from Boston, MA. I live in Buffalo now. I'm 29 years old, I do have some construction background as I grew up doing general construction for my father. I also have a good amount of multi unit, sales and marketing experience.

I am scheduled to do my final exam next week to obtain my license. This is more for access to MLS without an agent and to network/learn.

I am closing on my first property scheduled for the 13th of Sept. This is a 2 family, that I did an FHA on. My main focus now is rentals and learnings.

I'd like to buy more soon and am eager to network and learn.

@Joshua Mcdougall - Welcome to the game!  Make sure you become very familar with the Real estate agent disclosure laws.  Holding a real estate license creates a bunch of hoops you need to hop through while transacting as an investor.
