The whole area here is planned around outdoor recreation, with winter and summer sports everywhere.

Not having professional sports is a drawback but that does not matter to many people and the trade offs are worth it for me.Feel free to reply with any feedback or thoughts on the article, demographic trends, and whether or not they have influenced your investing.

It is probably someone frustrated at their own struggles, so they chose to take aim at a newbie for sport.

I have a Master's degree in Sports Management so there is a little MBA action in there, but school and real life are absolutely NOT the same thing.

That being said, I have helped a 911 dispatcher, bank manager, medical device salesperson, car salesperson, state trooper, and a mailman to name a few build their dual career to more than $4 million+ in closed annual volume.

Google is more targeted in my opinion because if you are comparing apples to apples Google and Facebooks targeting methods It is clear Google is just better.Facebook targeting works by tracking what you like and post on its platform, what other sites you browse as long as you remain logged in on that device, and essentially will create a profile of you so that advertisers can target you based on your interests (scary I know).

I haven't gone all out and really dissected a lot of states to potentially invest in, but since Vegas is close, rated #1 for growth as per Realtor.com and now has 2 professional sports teams, I figure the upside is still in tact.I'm looking for guidance on what zip codes I should focus on for SFR and MF either for the BRRRR strategy or turnkey for cashflow. 

You can take that money out and spend it on a sports car (company sports car of course) or you can purchase more real estate.
