Property management company for MF Units

Hello BP community

I am a budding real estate investor with some experience in SFH (total of 3) for the past 12 years that I currently manage from out of state. Although I do have some experience that gives me some insight, there is a lot I don't know. I'm ready to take the next step which is MF units. I am interested in purchasing a 8 unit MF with Section 8 tenant fully occupied. I contacted a property management company called "key renter" in the area and spoke to them. It seemed very encouraging and their operation philosophy is aligned with my philosophy. His anyone have any experience with this key renter organization. It seems to be a subsidiary of a larger nationwide company. Just checking if anyone has any experiences with them whether good or bad or any other device that they can give me regarding this information.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Erick
