Especially if she sitting in the poky already. ( sorry it tickles me to think of the look on her face when they come to hall her off,  you don't mess with the elderly animals or children I digress sorry) I really hope this helps I feel for you Brother. 

Crown Molding? 

Cause iknow theres like the crown trip thats cut out and then theres the pre made crown mold trim thats like plastic.

Would it be worth the time and investment to paint the cabinets and add crown molding, maybe replace the old dishwasher to attract those renters?

I self manage but I know the owners of both Cantey & Co and Crown Property Mgmt and consider both to be honest, reputable, etc.

We will be at Cask Republic, 179 Crown St New Haven! 

He did some high end trim work (wainscoting, crown molding) and it looked very professional.  

Painted throughout, crown molding, new BA vanities, new lighting throughout.
