Marketing tips for new Wholesaler

I am getting into wholesaling in Washington State, I have been studying real estate for a year now and want to jump in.

I don’t have a lot of money right now, so I have been hand writing yellow letters and mailing them out. I just started this last week, all the calls I have received have been to tell me to stop writing or they want too much for what I believe it too be worth. I am going to keep sending out yellow letters because I am getting a good amount of people actually calling me.

But my question is, what are some other ways to market my business that are affordable?

@Jacob Jones There are tons of inexpensive ways to find deals: driving for dollars, cold calling, test messaging, bandit signs (Im not a fan of these but they are inexpensive) door knocking, using bird dogs. There are several low cost things you can do. I imagine in a market as expensive as WA you will hear a lot of no’s before you hear a yes. But consistency is the key. Find sellers that have a high probability of being motivated.
