I'd challenge you to scroll through the forums here to see all of the self managers who are dealing with nightmare tenants and situations in order to save a few bucks per month on PM.

It’s clear that there’s an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience here, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing with this community.I’m looking to connect with members who are open to mentoring or collaborating on real estate deals, particularly in buy-and-hold strategies for single-family or multi-family properties.

I know that something has to change and I want to explore purchasing real estate.

I'm a 2x house hacker here in LA (a case study in the BP book The House Hacking Strategy) and an out of state investor.

When I emailed they just said to apply first, in end of February or in march I plan to go try and talk to someone to see if I can get better advice.
