First Post, New member but Old Listener

Hello BP Community,

Pleasure to introduce myself. My name is Giovanni Magana and I currently live in Los Angeles, CA. I have been an avid listener of Bigger Pockets podcast since 2020 and am very hopeful I can finally begin my real estate journey sometime this year either in state or out of state (or Both!)

I have a W-2 Job, capital saved up for a down payment (or two), and a buy box based on my affordability. If I purchase in California, I would most likely do a House Hack as my primarily. However, I am open to out of state rentals as well. 

I have spent the last few years reading many books on real estate, taking real estate courses, researching, saving as much as I could, investing (to increase my purchase power) and finally feel I can begin my real estate journey this year. 

I am excited, motivated and ready to learn and grind in the Real Estate Market! Thanks for reading. Please feel free to reach out for any tips or advice for me.
