You should be able to find someone to buy them and transport them, just get the word out... try your house of worship, realtors, craigslist, used appliance stores, charities.

Real estate is a people business, see if your broker is a member of any local chambers, start involving yourself in your place of worship, if things are slow go to a local Starbucks (wear your name tag) with your laptop, just GET OUT in to the community.

The only thing I can think of is going to a church or place of worship and ask them how to handle it 

i will probably get alot of hate since rich dad/poor dad is worshipped here, but those guys are constantly fighting off lawsuits about how they basically just push 5k/10k/15k seminars without giving any real info that wasnt already in the book. 

I used to worship at the altar of property management but after pulling back the curtains a bit I realized that it's mostly common sense stuff mixed with failing your way to success.
