There are other good uses of old structures for firefighter training that may not help you solve your problem but are difficult to simulate due to their destructive nature such as forcible entry (ie breaking down doors) and vertical ventilation (cutting holes in roofs) that you might mention when trying to sell your idea.

I locked myself in for 80 hours to study and also invested in an online state exam simulator which was timed and allowed you up to 3 hours (just like our state exam) to be tested on math and others topics.Like anything else in life, it requires dedication and discipline.

By safely retire I mean <1% chance to have to do anything besides manage your property manager.Many guidelines exist for retiring with a portfolio of stocks and bonds, from safe withdrawal rates based on simulations, to specific bonds/stocks mixes at every age.

A lot of them are getting to a point where you get the look and to some degree feel of the simulated material with the practicality of the actual material.I think SS appliances and granite counters will maintain some level of popularity long-term, because they last fairly well.
