@Justin Brin I'm a big fan of Tulsa.

I reside in Oregon and am looking to purchase a multi family property on the outskirts of Indianapolis.

If I refi cash out I can probably only get about $50k out of the investment property, any ideas on another way to get the amount I need that I may not be thinking of?

I am surprised they didn't give you a short list of their "approved" managers :-)Never heard of/seen this before and I'm in a State where you'd expect it.Maybe try to talk with a few managers and see if some of them have a very basic plan - where you pay just enough for them to be the point of contact but you do as much as possible if that's what you're comfortable with.

A few things you may or may not have already thought of…Plenty of parking for all the tenants (figure 2 cars each) plus all patients?

A trust doesn't necessarily have a situs, so it could be anywhere, but you "may" want to have a situs in it like "formed under the laws/statues of the state of Texas.And Heath, Why do you need to move it to Texas?

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
