What do you think of Tulsa, OK?

Cashflow is a bit negative on this deal since it's the better part of Tulsa.

What do you think?

@Brendan Harrison Well said!

Are you doing regular long term rentals there? I know some folks that are successful with STR's in Tulsa. I'm an LP on two apartment syndication deals in the Tulsa area that are doing well.

Thank you sir! My main focus is long-term rentals, section 8 rentals to be more specific. I know a lot of people who have a lot of success doing STR's here. The area in general is booming - no better time to start than now!
