It is an awesome tool that you can use to make your calls, leave a prerecorded voicemail if the person you are calling doesnt answer, you can organize all your leads into lists or groups and see how many times you have called each lead.

I would recommend start listening to different podcasts (the one on BP here is have many pre-recorded) and see which of many RE roads you would be interested in and would choose to travel.

But i hate it when they try to make you WAIT for a specific time to here PRE-RECORDED INFORMATION one of the things I dislike about REI/Information Marketing is that everybody uses THE SAME TACTICS!

I have my google voice set up to go straight to voicemail with a pre-recorded message about the information to leave and I've only had one person not leave a message.The interesting part is that although the properties aren't in good areas I've had a few people say that they have multiple properties to get rid of so we'll see what shakes out.All in all though I'm not sure that Memphis is the market that I'll target as 90% of the calls came from these undesirable locations.This is still a testing phase for me to see where to hit hard since I'm in Los Angeles and it's really tough here. 

He also had pre-recorded lessons so I could learn about him and his background before taking time to talk to them personally (usually the highest $ value). 

They even try to teach you about negotiation (through pre-recorded videos,  not the best way IMO).  

I have her leave a personal VM, not a dropped, pre-recorded one, for all calls that go to VM.I received a callback from a lady on one of my VA's VMs.  

That's not enough time to pick up your phone, unlock the screen, and start a conversation.I would like to see security cameras with a light and a pre-recorded message, "Warning: you are being recorded and the owner has been alerted to your presence."

Does anyone know of a service that provides a phone number where you can pre-record a message (NOT as a voicemail) that is played after 1-2 rings because the phone automatically answers and then plays the message?
