Managing Your Leads

I recently bought a list of absentee owners from list source , had it skip traced through batch skip tracing & im at a standstill? How do I properly manage these leads ? Is there some type of system or service that I can purchase to help me organize and manage these properly ? I feel like when I start to cold call these property owners some might have to call me back due to being busy or what not , or even if I did a RVM campaign

Basically , how can I determine which owner I am speaking with on which property with the specific details ? Or will I just be better off writing down leads , and crossing them

Off as I go down the list ?

@Deshawn Jackson I would suggest using a program called Mojo Dialer. It is an awesome tool that you can use to make your calls, leave a prerecorded voicemail if the person you are calling doesnt answer, you can organize all your leads into lists or groups and see how many times you have called each lead. Also there is an app so if someone calls you back later and you are away from your computer you will know who is calling and what property they are associated with. Hope this helps!
