To clear it, you often have to do an expungement or a quiet title action via a lawyer which gets expensive quickly.   

I've been seeing far too many people with bad experiences and not enough with positive ones, unfortunately. 

If it were really for the motive of protecting the people, the people would still have there option and freedom to initiate the action themselves. 

I am obviously conflicted with the moral side of pursuing legal action here, but understand that people can do untruthful things when it comes to financial gains.
